The West End Celebration is a free event and a major supporter in Monterey County of music in our schools. The Monterey County Chapter of Guitars not Guns benefits from wine and beer sales of this free event. This organization provides guitar instructions and guitars to youth at risk throughout our community. Last year we have provided free guitar lessons and free guitars to 300 children throughout the County of Monterey. http://www.guitarsnotguns.org/
